A UI/UX & Product Designer with a background in tech support, backend engineering, and enterprise systems. I specialize in crafting human-centered interfaces that bridge design and development — creating usable, accessible, and scalable digital products.
My Story & Background
I began my career in tech support and networking, where I built a strong foundation in systems thinking, problem-solving, and customer empathy. Working closely with end users gave me direct insight into the challenges they face with digital systems.
I later moved into a Programmer Analyst role at Srinsoft Technologies, working on IBM AS400 systems and enterprise databases. There, I focused on business logic, data structures, and application enhancements using RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2, while collaborating with teams to align backend solutions with business needs.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in how users interacted with products — not just how they functioned. This curiosity led me to transition into UI/UX and Product Design.
Now, as a UI/UX Product Designer at Finemake, I blend technical knowledge with human-centered design to create clean, scalable interfaces. My background helps me bridge the gap between engineering and user needs, solving problems with both logic and empathy.
